Our History

We are a living and diverse congregation serving Jesus Christ and His mission. Our church has a rich history and an exciting future. We were established in 1955, with the original church on Mohican Avenue. The church relocated to its current location in 1997 with original families joining with new members from the Central area.

We hold weekly mass on Sunday at 9 am.  All are welcome to attend and all baptized Christians, no matter age or religious tradition, are invited to receive communion.

Immediately following mass, we move to the back of the church where we enjoy coffee and pastries while sharing stories about our week. We invite you and your family/friends to join us.  Come for the mass, and stay for the friendship.

In addition to an Episcopalian Mass, Providence Baptist Church shares our beautiful chapel and holds services on Sunday mornings at 11 am and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
